I'm not sure which part is in agreement, but everything posted below the sentence "CD Notes issued in the last year"
is incorrect.

What was listed is all the stock that was already issued for conversion of debt, not the "notes issued" in the last year. Even following the link that was posted to the filing shows that the stock was already issued, not waiting to be issued as was claimed, and the issued stock came without a restricted legend, meaning they were free trading shares and already in the Float.

I appreciate the honesty and to tell you the truth I agree
