Why wouldn't he sell at .002? You can see from the SEC filings that he barely makes any money. He's usually paid in stock. He has all these shares that came free to him. Why does it matter if the price is low? He can just have more shares issued to himself later. Dilution has never mattered to this company. Making actual profits from business hasn't either. All they have to do is put out some news to increase volume and try to make a few grand a day several times a year. It appears that insiders have most all the shares right now. Who else is selling? I think it's insiders and those they've paid off in shares.

And I just love the news about the $740,000 loan closed by a subsidiary. This company acts like they're always getting these multimillion dollar loans for companies, but a $740,000 loan is big news? It's news to me that they've ever gotten a loan for anyone I guess. But loans like that should just be something that happens all the time. If they'd actually do that, they'd show profits though and have to pay taxes and pay off their judgment creditors. Maybe they just do loans they're actually going to close through subsidiaries so they can hide profits. I don't know, but for a company that does what these people claim they do, a $740,000 loan should not be big news.
