Yep, it would appear so. Speaking of dumps, I see there was another huge dump of shares just a little while ago( 3.6m sold at .001.
The majority of the sells today were on the low of the day. 6,118,400 were sold at .001.)
Here is a break down of the trades so far today.

Total number of trades....19
Number of shares bought/sold on the ask......856,067 on 6 trades.
Number of shares sold/bought on the bid.....7,256,300 on 13 trades.

The selling continues to outpace the buying by quite a bit. I wouldn't buy at the current price until this trend reverses. As I pointed out in a post last week, TALK intends to sell millions of shares in the near future. Hence the reason for the increase in A/S's.
