Vringo: High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur orders Vringo Infrastructure to bear the legal costs of ZTE Malaysia

ZTE Corporation noted the High Court of Malaya at Kuala Lumpur today ordered Vringo Infrastructure to bear the legal costs of ZTE Malaysia, after Vringo withdrew an application for an interlocutory injunction against certain ZTE network products with LTE technology in Malaysia. ZTE is committed to defending a pending lawsuit in Malaysia related to the MY-142706 patent initiated by Vringo, and reserves the right to pursue all other legal actions in Malaysia and other jurisdictions to safeguard the interests of ZTE and its customers.
