at these prices, the RESTRUCTURE issue
to me is more complex, and i think im not
sure all you point out is correct,
if the converstion rate is $3.27, certainly,
the CEO should not restructure this portion,
on the other hand, if the price is at .10 cents
or 5 cents. and the Conversion equates to 10,000,000
shares, then the OS is increased,,,, natrualy a point of
diminishing returns will dictate that the OS must not get
maxed out, or the company has no shares to sell at higher prices,
i heard teh CEO say taht they are holding there ground?
i would like to see a Buy back, or Certificable shares, not the
shorte shares, this would LOCK oup the FLOAT and with
comany fundatments, this will make a BIG MOVE
