Why would Ron really care about the PPS for free shares? Sure it would be nice to get say $1 million than say $10,000.
What about the money he gets from the form 4 fillings.
Also, is he part of the Trust? Does he get a cut of the 5% of GROSS?
No audits/SEC filings = No knowledge!
There could be all kinds of back room napkin deals in place. Just sayin'
