I don't believe that the SEC relied exclusively on the information you provided to make this case - which the wording of your post implies.

Especially if you were relaying information from others to the SEC. The SEC are more professional than that and - as far I understand - rely on direct contact with complainants and direct statements from the persons they request to supply information.

Also I'm sure you would agree that no Treaty stakeholders knew the details of what was going on inside the SEC. Hence their PR of December 15th was a surprise to us all.

I believe it would be fairer to state that the SEC were probably investigating Treaty Energy Corporation based on a number of complaints from various parties and they probably collected and verified information / facts directly from numerous sources - including yourself.
