ECIG,,, hifi, can you read the balance sheet
concerning DEBT and $3.27 conversion rate

debt holders have about 37 million, i thik the fist
11 million was yesterday? i currious to know if the
$3.27 is an official rate ,,,,if so then i would not
pay the debt back and let the lender decide to hold or
sell the shares,

what do you think?
