ECIG< my understanding is taht the AS will not change,
and the DEBT will turn into convertibles, and the seller
will dump. There is still, 37M of DEBT, that i think can
turn into shares at market, not and i think the price is
fixed at $3.27 per share, so the BUYER is getting good price,

5 cents.

DO you think this goes to a penny before the Rally?



keep in mind, that NASDqis there PLAN so RS is always on option
but this is a 200MIllion compay and REVS are positive,,,


so the issue is,,, we goingto a penny or we rally fromthe
5 cents.?
