SCOTUS review now, or not. You can write that off for a long time. Boies hiring set the stage for SCOTUS review. It will be decided by SCOTUS now, or simply refused, the latter being a probability. GOOG out of the pic now in the PPS, except for late sellers tomorrow and EOY tax loss sellers. I think .50's will hold, and will see that tomorrow. Wouldn't be surprised to see some .70's tomorrow after the sell off in the morning. IF you're playing for a flip, buy the lower .50's and flip it. Could be a good play IMO. That's my plans tomorrow, but I'll be back out again quickly.

Good, that decision to deny the en banc actually could be saving Vringo money.
Had there been a en banc review, that's more money spent on lawyers.
If they had en banc gone in Vringo's favor.....here comes Google again.
This way, it's on to the supremes, and get done with this obviousness crap.
