The 04 figures are included due to contractural structures inherited under the agreements between all concerned parties and AURC. AURC only existed after 10/05 when it reversed into an existing shell, however, the Mining Corporation Zabaikalgeoprom has existed for more than 30 years. Therefore, there must be some aspect of the contracts with the mining operations which requires reporting '04 in the audit. IMHO
