RCN stock seems to be doing well...near or actual b/k aren't always disasters....depends on what you put out for the folks to review....money is money, not matter who it is...folks just want to make money on their investments and something with a low float which TMM may have after proposed r/s and pfd shares may just have an appeal if there's any significant progress to report....
