benz: likely I am somehow misreading this, but on the AURUS Web site under financials it has 05 and 04 fiscals. Not being able to find regular 10ks these financials at least show 04 + 05

***My question is how do they show <$4bil in assets in "04"> *before* the recent acquisition of Zabaokal... *in Dec 05* which equaled roughly 3.5 Bil by itself. Seems like the assets would then have been for 05 a total of 7.5 bil - 04 & 05 sales.

I am missing something here any ideas?
