still I didn;t understand how

Aurc in 04 and 05 10ks it listed over $4bil in assets

When the purchse of zabaikalgcoprom with 3.5 bil was not in 04 but rather Dec 23rd of 05

Hence if 04 10k showed $4bil+ assets and sales were miniscule then you add Zabaikalgcoprom with 3.5 bil assets on Dec 23 05
how does the number come out to 4bil and not 7.5bil?

Also the Kylon addition in asset value is not until Mar 06 when that acquisition took place.

You cleared up part of the puzzel for me but not the rest, any ideas??
