Who owns Energia Reino Verde and gets the profits?

I thought that VSPC owns half of Energia Reino Verde and that VSPC would share in the profits. However, the new PR states that it is the executives of VSPC that owns it. Does this mean that the project has been structured so that VSSPC Management gets half the profits and not the shareholders?

"Energia Reino Verde, the Special-Purpose Nicaraguan Company that will own and operate the Giant King Grass plantation and power plant is owned in equal shares by VIASPACE and AGRICORP executives."
