I will answer this question for the last time...ABSOLUTELY NOT! Further, in the days to come you might want to consider the real fact that SEC and other affiliates do not work to protect those investors ALREADY TAKEN they operate to protect the future of investors that would otherwise be taken. That said, I am most certainly always aware of this website (keywords are trigger alerts on this and other sites monitored) and that said...will be most happy when all the wheels have turned that grind ever so slowly to step up to the podium and answer all questions to the extent that I can and that does not compromise the bigger picture.
You think the ocean is vast...nothing compared to how vast this avenue is for those who have only ever sought to enrich themselves by deception, trickery and theft of others. You can only look for these individuals to answer to the extent allowed in the law (which is very much a big hammer and as well a LONG hammer)This will be very clear as you watch Don's version of Stephen King's "Storm Of The Century" unfold...with a twist on that stories famous line (regarding the AS proxy)..."Give Me What I Want Or I WILL go away"...playing on the emotions of those who want desperately to rewind the clock and either get out whole or make a profit. FOOLISH to think that someone with nothing that has failed consistently and like clockwork to deliver on everything he used for PR pumping of this stock would or could ever deliver...Further, Don stands to gain as much as he would from the AS increase going through if the damn thing doesn't...his patented legal defense (tried many times before and usually not successful) of how the shareholders lost (understandably of course) faith in him...BUT after all this is and has always been risky...really for whom is the big question and at what risk and cost to you and your crew....Don has not turned his back on Jimmy nor has he Don...smoking mirrors my fellow investor....smoking mirrors!
I will most certainly be waiting to see if those who continue to drive and push this stock on behalf of themselves and FLPC will consider giving the same willingness to answer "WHY" as I am and will do...Look elsewhere for your opportunities to regain what has been lost...it simply is not and will not be found here in FLPC or any investment that Nicholson, Jimmy, Voaden and such placate to the public investor...
