Niobium worth $ 36,4 billion

I was listening back to the interview with Scott Honan, see post 4012.

Somewhere he mentions 650 million kg niobium at a price of $40 per kg. Multiplied and you get the familiar $ 26 billion. Based on further maths he comes with a value of $ 2 billion for Elk Creek. Now it isn’t clear how this is done, but I assume Scott talks about the NPV, or similar (they probably have the whole thing modelled in Excel).
Our current updated estimate is 910 million kg (= 177 + 733). This is 40% more Niobium, therefore the 26 billion becomes 36,4 billion. Can anyone guess what this means for the NPV? 2,8 billion?
