Although you didn't ask me, I'd like to comment on Brad.

If you do your DD on him, you'll find him a man of character. He doesn't lie and he is conservative with his words.

Although it is possible someone has told him something that isn't true, it is doubtful that he could be sucked in. He has too much background in the business. Besides, none of the men involved get a big pay day unless the share price goes up dramatically. So, I rule that out. Greeves, Prop and Chen wouldn't blow smoke. They never have, so why would they start now?

I'd say the same thing about Brad. He has never blown smoke either. At least not in any of his previous positions. So, why would he start now? Based on Brad's education (Wheaton), his committment to his faith, and his high moral character, I have bet big that he isn't lying.

Funding remains the big question. But from what I understand, the battle for bucks is being fought on enough fronts that Brad is convinced one of them will come through before we lose our window of opportunity. That's where the dice get rolled.

I believe the tech works. I believe there is a market for it. I don't know why a manufacturer or a supplier hasn't put up the money or cut a licensing deal yet, but I'm not inside. So, I choose to trust Brad. The last deadline that he had to make was the announcement about speed and distance. He busted his hump to do it, even when it would have been better to wait a couple more weeks for the announcement. That means he wanted to keep his word. The next committment has an eight month timeframe that started ticking last January. I believe he will keep his word. Ethics is a priority with him.

With his track record from previous companies and positions, his moral and ethical character, and his willingness to proclaim the virtues of the tech from WorldCom, I'm feeling really good about the future.

As best as I can, I have decided to forget about the pps for a season and focus on when contracts are signed. The pps will take care of itself then and I'll be a very happy man.
