The 25 or whatever countries is probably a somewhat subtler lie. It certainly hasn't been sold in each of 25 countries through any sort of normal retail channel. They might have stuck it on a train so it visited that many countries.
The NP-1 has never been mass marketed at all. And why would it be? It's demostrably inferior to the newer televisions coming out. It can't decode Netflix or Amazon 4K (and those are the important channels).
So we're left believing that there are lots of people who'd actually shell out a ridiculous $300 to watch Moonshine Kingdom when they know they'd have to spend that much money again, at least, to watch anything that anyone anywhere would ever want to see.
