When I retired I had a computer company and was doing Video Surveillance setups. Now all the Cameras are wireless much easier and faster to setup. This is why Ganders cost to setup is so low, Sony equipment is high quality, maybe Chris is buying direct from Sony now. Computers are owned by venue's (Webster Hall ) in PR says they are increasing Band Width which is there equipment not Ganders. It would not take long to setup new venues. Maybe the venues pay for a Service Contract thru Gander. IMO
