Umm... Look at the history of this stock and then get back to us. Don't worry- people like you said that this could never run to .005 in the summer or .009 last winter. OTC stocks rely on momentum and this stock has plenty of it.

Again, during the winter months when volume in the OTC is at its highest news sends OTC stocks flying. Heck, if a circus carnie farts in Toledo then that can cause an OTC stock to go up. It doesn't take much. We are entering that winter zone again. Technicals often don't mean as much in the land of the OTC as momentum does.
