We'll see. Maybe this Eran Deramo guy will be a better CEO than Jon Cummings. Maybe they'll keep Von Christopher Cummings out of their business, because it appears that he's the one always getting them sued. You need to read the court documents from their lawsuits. From reading those and some of the posts about them on Mortgage Grapevine and elsewhere it appears that they never actually come through with the multi-million dollar loans they say they're going to get these companies they rope in. They just take the big up front "due diligence" fees and deliver nothing in return, and if they can they'll sucker these people into these deals that are never going anywhere that they'll tout to increase volume so they can dump some shares and they'll take as much money as they can from these companies in convoluted schemes before walking away from the deals. The companies will rely on promises from Omega though and spend a lot of money and get themselves into commitments and then they're really screwed when the big loans they were counting on to do their multi-million projects fall through. (Love their motto where they say something to the effect that where the big lenders see risk, they see opportunity....yeah, to rip people off.) Most all their lawsuits have had similar fact patterns and it appears that there is outright fraud being committed by Omega. Maybe they'll stop doing this. Maybe they'll start providing value for those they do business with and will make honest money in return. Maybe they'll even pay off the millions in judgments they owe. They're never going anywhere until they do that though, no matter what convoluted get rich quick schemes they come up with. The world doesn't work like that. You can't just take and not provide any value in return. You can't screw everybody and expect to stay in business. You can't own anything if you owe a lot in judgments. You're going to make enemies. Karma is going to bite you in the ass. Nobody but scammers like you are going to want to do business with you, and you're never going anywhere.
