Im quite sure that any deal will work out much the way that ALL the previous ones did. The typical sequence has been to announce a deal using shareholder money and large numbers of shares issued (after it happened). Next step, PR after PR about how wonderful the latest pipedream is and how much revenue it will bring into the company. The SP pops for a while giving the participants a chance to dump their shares. A few filings later when the revenue fails to materialize, the SP slowly bleeds back below previous levels

How many dollars in revenue have landed in FSNRs accounts from Claytons other job AKA the frack water deal? FSNR shareholders funded it and now our illustrious CEO is apparently in their employ. Sweet deal for him, not so much for FSNR shareholders. It reminds me of another joint venture where a Clayton relative had a guarrenteed job writtn into the deal.

ORUs, Nanotechnology, New and improved Petrozene, Gulf cleanup junkets, reworkedoil wells, large commercial buildings, etc, etc.

I wonder what the latest and greatest fable will be
