The R/S was done last June. Current share price is slightly higher than the split adjusted price at that time. Acqusition of Alpha was completed in September. The number of outstanding shares is on OTCMarkets.com and in the Company's most recent SEC filings. The float info was obtained in a phone conversation with the Company. The uplisting is expected to occur in 2015.
