The only way a go it alone approach makes sense is if they get the stock to run on the basic science and results from Brilacidrin and Kevetrin - let's say $18.43 - and sell a stake using the Shelf. Let's say $75million for 20 or 30 million shares? Something along those lines will do nicely for starters. Bring in a big Pharma like Merck or Pfizer for 20% ownership and a membership on the board. Otherwise, partner up for one or two versions of Brilacidin. ~~~
