If they try to make any substantial sale of shares they'd have to file with SEC first that would make pps plummet big time as everyone would bail before them they'd be selling at .0001. That's why I think they are and have been funneling every penny to themselves and will beg and borrow every thing they can till no one will give them the time of day. 2 years no sales no production and millions gone lol nice work if you can get away with it
