And that's when my education process starts & I spend what ever time needed to help them understand no matter how much you like some one or think just because you've seen part of their work you can't let your emotions get in the way.
I've had some clients that have hired me to correct other contractors mistakes and they are so relieved they found some body who knows what they are doing the go over board asking that.
