so INCC went from PREnews .003's to POSTnews .0057……..since then its collapsing back to .003's by yesterday…….on its way to .0015 IF NO MORE NEWS this year

INCCers screamed for a PENNY,,,POSTnews….not even close

INCC might PR, Dec 15-22,,, but that is better left for next year when it will really be needed when a PR drought will hit INCC again (like Oct/Nov 2014) and then it will really drop if same scenario exists, trips likely if INCC says nothing in late Jan early Feb
