I've noticed on my scottrade account that changes made, such as ACTC's recent name change to OCATA and other changes, unfortunately are not seamless. The up list was no different. In the beginning of the day my account showed the pps changes on my "positions" home page but when I would click on OCATA, the page would no longer show a pps or volume or anything but zeros... It would also show OTC.... Later in the day it began showing Nasdaq... Then the OCATA summary began showing volume and pps. Later, after market close... It went back to saying OTC instead of Nasdaq.
My assumption is that we have up listed and are now on the Nasdaq but unfortunately there was no PR to confirm it and the kinks in the software in our accounts that have to do with the transfer of OCATA from the OTC to the Nasdaq has everyone confused. This is my opinion and I could be wrong.
My second assumption is that due to the alleged "government shutdown" we haven't up listed and after we were set to up list automatically in the "system" someone had to go in and reverse the action as OCATA has decided to wait until these politicians finish with their smoke and mirrors... And will up list next week soon as they're done playing paper, scissors, rock in Washington.
Though we must remember. We haven't heard anything official from OCATA of whether we've up listed or not.
