This one: Samsung Electronics began production of Apple A9 in 14nm FinFET?

I would guess they are just producing test chips for Apple at this stage, they wouldn't start a production run for a number of months yet.

The first production chips from a fab tend to be things like high performance FPGAs.

I wouldn't completely rule out Apple doing this for its watch, they can do some very surprising things, but it sounds unlikely to me.
