What you'really seeing there is the aftermath of the 08 crisis...it's how much the GSE's backed at the time...but what it doesn't show is how much reduction has taken place since then nor does it show how much the GSE's are backing in the future...notice that some of the companies that are listed there are either bought out, bankrupt, or no longer in business...
