Interesting things from the S-1 I found:

1.If the market price of our stock would increase to $.06 a share, then at $.06 per share, if we were able to sell all 83,333,300 shares we would receive $5,000,000 in proceeds. (Incentive is here big time)

2. Currently, we have 13 issued patents and 14 other pending U.S. and foreign patent applications that cover the Andalay technology working their way through the USPTO and foreign patent offices. (nice to know we could eventually have news on 14 more pending patents which could be granted)

3. As of December 5, 2014, we had 12 employees (at the low point thwy had 7, which wasnt long ago)

4. As of December 5, 2014, the we estimate that we had approximately 12,000 shareholders, of which 38 are record holders of our common stock (there are more believers in this stock than just us on the ihub board)
