Does not matter. With Foreign or Domestic Nevada entities, the corporation is responsible for filing the RA name change, address change, and paying the fee.

That is why I posted the statue language and the link.

By the way, DECN is a foreign entity for Nevada filing purposes.

Why? They don't have a physical presence in Nevada. The physical presence is in California. So, DECN should be a considered a domestic corporation in California, but they haven't filed as an entity in CA.

Quite the mess.
