Well, a 5K sell at .11 right before the close and then a very quick buy of 1K at .15 to paint the tape at .15 for the close! Smacks of mm's to me. I wonder whom has been accumulating. I don't know for sure, it could be an individual trader sell, but it may be the MM's selling to themselves against future settlements. That would mean that they expect this stock to be in demand in the next few weeks. Sometimes they have over a month to balance their books. Unlike a short seller as they have to have room to make a market! Maybe I can try to accumulate a little more next week at or slightly above the bid. Let us see!!

Ah, if we only had an Uncle in the back room of the OTC !! LOL

But the volume is certainly there now on a daily bases.
