The Company has offices in Houston, Texas and Kenai, Alaska. BEL is publicly listed on the Australian Securities Exchange under the symbol BCC. However, trading of BCC shares are currently suspended.

Buccaneer Resources, LLC, along with eight of its affiliates, filed voluntary petitions for reorganization under Chapter 11 of the U.S. Bankruptcy Code in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas, Victoria Division on May 31, 2014. Buccaneer Resources, LLC is the lead case 14-60041, it and its eight affiliates are collectively referred to as (the “Debtors”).
