I surmise you meant explicate?

The original ibox I read about a week ago, explained the meaning of "rant". The current ibox is devoid of said explanation, hence why I stated the obvious gets over looked, as is typical in revisions. As to why the obvious is/was overlooked you would need to confer with the author(s) of the revised ibox.



The best weapon against "fear" is "facts"!!
