You mean to tell me the attorneys weren't smart enough to compile all the info from the two entities(REVO & Eyetalk) and figure the mistake out for themselves? What the hell is point of hiring an attorney if the firm is filing suit under the wrong entity. Not buying that at all. Law 101 would tell you there needs to be an interest to sue. Firm had to have known who held ownership to the patents prior to filing a suit.
