Why doesn't UMG buy PlayMPE from DSNY?
At the current prices would it not make sense for UMG to just lay out some pocket change to buy the company rather than continuing to (hopefully) pay DSNY for their services? I wonder if the move from CO to NV was to prevent them or anyone else from buying the company.
