WOW lots to address this morning!

1) The contest is not being held by our accountant (again a misrepresented invalid post). the money allocated for prizes needs to be separated and have the ability to be audited if need be. Our accountant is very knowledgeable with contest offering and how to structure them. Our fudge, silver and gold is a promotion not a contest or lottery, It is a promotion of chance. We are simply giving away Gold, Silver and Cash as a promotional giveaway.

2) Of course we have to sell a certain amount of fudges to allocate the promotional items, We obviously cant sell ONE fudge and give that buyer $10,000 in Gold!

3) The video contest is so that "YES" participants can click refresh over and over an over till their little fingers have blisters. WHY? because the more a youyube site is hit the more they promote it. PLUS those who see the videos will see the mention of our website and our promotional giveaways (part of the rules to participate). If 5 people each make a video and they each keep clicking to refresh they will be all competing as to WHO will click them the most, PLUS they will send them through social media to get friends and family to click who in turn will send them to friends and family. This generates interest and others to join in. I guess if someone thinks this is SCREWIER well then don't enter a video. Simple! And it could prove interesting and fun with out any downside. RIGHT! HAY! if no one enters a video We don't give our the LOOT!

4) Every purchase order that we HAVE received has a time stamp to the second. This will be available (as per the accountants structure) to be available to show proof that those who receive a promotional item will be as per the structure of the promotion.

5) The promotional structure is exactly like the supermarkets sometimes do where if you get a STAR on the receipt you get your groceries free or win a car etc. or you buy a product and send your receipt to be drawn for a prize. The more you enter the more your chances (same with who buys the most fudge). This is a random promotion not a win by a lottery. Stating that who ever buys the most fudge by the end of the promotion, can be won by someone who simply bought 4 fudges when others bought 1-2-3 and does not mean anyone has to buy items they do not need to win. You only buy what you want to buy for yourself or gifts if you so choose to.

The fudge is being sold at regular retail NOT marked up to cover the promotional items being given away. If you are not included in the promotions offered you are not out any funds because the fudge bought is regular retail price that we sell even with out a promotional GIVEAWAY. besides every fudge gets the 1/10th ounce silver and WE pay for that by dropping our price closer who wholesale. Got Chocolates is paying for the promotional items by reducing our profits and still offering the fudge at regular retail pricing.

The best part is that weather a discussion or mention of this promotion on IHUB or any other blog (good or bad) only helps attract attention to our website so thank you all for your help and support.

The simple way to look at this is. This is NOT a judged contest but a random promotional giveaway based on our product that is sold. The "no purchase necessary" rules do not apply.
