why hit ask? thats a 33.3333% difference .. wouldnt a smart trader who needs to avg down wait for the 2's? Im sure either CD's or impatience could grant some oppurtunity to buy at .0002 and it could be a good buy when and if this happens.

sitting on bid is not greedy. Hitting ask right now appears premature.
