I'm not sure how an email posted here is more credible than information obtained from a government website.

I certainly believe that Xcite has permits and is drilling, probably on behalf of EPA Petroleum.

What I don't know is who/what is Benchmark Standard LOL, the apparent source of Wogi's funding...
