In instances like this it boils down to Potential. We have to surmise that JN knew the value of Sunworks when he bought it (merged)and considered it a good fit with SLTD. In addition, Sunworks merged with SLTD as they could see bigger opportunities down the road and more $$ for themselves as part of the potential in the merged company. I for one, trust that JN and his CFO did a thorough evaluation of Sunworks and would not have got in bed with them if they were near bankruptcy as implied by Inorout (and that is easily determined by looking at their previous Financials on EDGAR). The only hurdle I see that will punish this stock is whether the new cell can be produced cheaply enough to capture enough of the market to warrant the investment in two installers in the short term. I am betting that all 3 CEOs know what they are doing. It would be nice if these critics go elsewhere so as to free up space on this board. What seems to be lost here is that SLTD is now an investment not a flipper.
