[EDIT] vulcan...i dont think even 500M...i believe the PR states that whatever amount of shares they intend on buying [which could be 200M for all we know], that the majority of that figure will be purchased over "the next few weeks"
[keeping in mind that they never stated they are buying 1B...but rather UP TO 1B...a common "trick" with these "gems"]

...even so, if it is 500M...that a drop in the dilution bucket
