I never said the Chad asset was bad. I said it was likely far too small to attract someone like Exxon or any of the other Majors. I also said it may be extremely difficult for ERHC to get the carries they are looking for. That worry is compounded by lower oil prices and ERHC's financial condition. That difficulty seems real since, even with the initial testing results in hand, they still needed to hire Deloitte to try to find some deal, somewhere. And even hiring Deloitte is no guarantee that a deal will get done. We'll see how this plays out. At least there is very little downside left. I predict the stock won't go below 0.
