Thank you, the moderators and all the "true longs" for keeping house in order here the best way possible these past several weeks!....I appreciate the fine articulation and astute commentary from all...

Sometimes, I don't know what is more challenging...the wait for the quiet period at the time a few months ago to be over, lol....

...or, the wait for the Cornell Selling to be over....lol
Anyway, as the "always astute" Mr. JPetroinc stated in one of his recent posts, "...better to get this selling out of the way now then to get TKO'd later down the line..."...lol...speaking of TKO's, btw there was a great Heavyweight bout two weekends ago out in Germany that I caught on HBO HD, spectacular "knock em down fist to cuff" battle between Ukranian Wladimir (pronounced "vladimere") Klitschko and American Chris Byrd and Wladimir pounded Byrd like a canary and had a KO in the seventh round, I haven't seen someone get laid down on the canvas like that in quite some time....and Byrd is a great athlete and respectable boxer but he still went down like a rock after Wladimir popped him but good a few times in that Seventh Round...if you are into boxing, this was a fun match to watch...

...but the funny thing is a few days afterwards this powerhouse 30 year old Wladimir won the IBF heavyweight title from Byrd...Wladimir tells the press is favorite way to relax is by pressing his shirts and he regularly borrows an ironing board at hotels when travelling to unwind with an iron.

...lol, maybe we should try ironing clothes to "unwind and take the edge off the day watching the PPS" the next time Cornell decides to sell shares)

Business is business and glad to still be a fellow long with the rest here...
