Should go like this; NOBO/OBO, then the long talked about public/private-merger/partnership with a equal stock share swap which forces the shorts hand.

Fact--If any NSS shares are found, they can't transfer to the acquiring entity-PERIOD-END OF STORY-Shorts have to cover!

I for one don't expect this NOBO issue to be resolved today, it's going to take 30-60 days to iron this out if the numbers found are that bad, or if bad at all....
