Profit per plant increased to 57 million
Cost of plant increased to 400 million
Firm fixed EPC contract showing Saipem only
Clearly at least half a dozen or more major companies all have to come to terms for the funding to happen. The scope of the negotiations going on here is beyond the comprehension of most investors. I think this is also why the price currently remains low. The big money players with the expertise to understand the complexity of this undertaking are waiting until financing is a done deal before buying. The bright side is it allows us retail investors who are willing to gamble the opportunity to accumulate at prices that won't be available if and when the financing is completed. IMHO
