For weeks there was army of negative sentiment created on this board by a group of posters. I mean the B crew was working hard constantly saying SIMH is a scam, yadda yadda like it was there job to post... HMMMM....

FACT SIMH- WILL LIKELY HAVE SIGNIFICANT REVENUES INCREASES AS THE CAREGIVER BECOMES the new standard for all hospitals and care providers.

FACT-The stock went from .02 to .60 rather quickly, the company retired nearly all debt. SIMH's Caregiver wasn't invented overnight, it roughly took 6 yrs to get it to commercialization and it;s certifications and grades. The increase in the OS is manageable and unlike the false claims by many here of dilution.

FACT- There are only 250 Million Shares Authorized
There are many entities here wage false claims, To my point one today said it was 350 million which was yet another fabrication said to spread lies and fear. This is a tiny amount of shares for a company with a great product and other revenue streams in the pipe.
