IEG was paid in 15 million cvsl shares to produce a research report and other consulting services for cvsl. Adjusted for the split that would now be 750,000 shares, which even at 10 dollars per share would be worth 7.5 million dollars.
IEG reserved the right to sell those shares at any time even while the report was being distrbuted.
Our question now. Have they sold any? Are they selling now?
We don't think IEG is an insider and they may not have to file with the sec when they sell. Is this correct?
