Please do yourself a favor and look into this properly and I'm confident that you will discover that this so called, "letter" is as untruthful as the way the Hodge brothers have run this company assuming that the letter states that they have never been convicted of a felon. More spin? Ask very specifically, have the Hodge brothers ever been convicted of a felon or spent time in jail?
